Services
Provider shall provide Client with the following services and/or products ("Services"): Location & Delivery of Services

Delivery of Services. Provider will provide all Services unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. Each program has its own conditions

Cost, Fees and Payment

Client shall pay the Total Cost to Provider as follows:
The payment is a refundable retainer. At a minimum $150, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Provider for committing to provide the Services and turning down other potential projects/clients.
Airline tickets
Packages do not include airline tickets
Passports and Visas:
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel. Some countries require a full blank page in the passport for stamping purposes. .
Any information provided pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.
Health issues
Any impairment, be it physical or mental, that requires special attention or treatment, must be disclosed at the moment of booking. Joinmyravelparty is a friendly travel agency that promotes and welcomes travelers with special needs.
Group Harmony:
To ensure the desired group synergy, Joinmytavelparty reserves the right to accept, reject or expel any individual who is deemed disruptive or incompatible with the interests of the group, including, but not limited to, (a) if it is reasonably believed that an individual is dangerous to others or to themselves; (b) has engaged in or threatening to engage in behavior that may adversely affect the safety, security, well-being or enjoyment of other individuals; (c) who are intoxicated and/or under the influence of drugs (d) who has failed or refused to follow rules and procedures. Expenses, including cancellation fees and/or costs for alternate travel plans or to return home, will be the responsibility of the passenger. All unused services are non-refundable. Gate 1 shall be entitled to recover from the individual any cost or expenses incurred by Gate 1 or its representative in the removal of the individual.
Traveler Responsibilities
1. Arrive at the airport for check-in no later than 3 hours before the departure of the aircraft for independent passage of border and customs control
2. Observe the rules of personal safety while traveling;
3. The Client assumes all responsibility, including financial, for any actions or decisions taken during the trip, and is also responsible for compliance with the laws of the host country.
4. The client is responsible to take their own measures aimed at ensuring the safety of personal belongings, valuables and documents throughout the trip.
