Collectively referred to as the "Parties."
PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement outlines the travel services to be provided by JoinMyTravelparty LLC for the __________________
SERVICES PROVIDED
Provider agrees to organize and coordinate the group travel experience in ______, including logistics, accommodations, and scheduled excursions as described below.

For your comfort and convenience, 2–3 airport transfers will be arranged depending on participants’ arrival times. Guests arriving within a similar time window (approximately 1–2 hours) will typically share the same transfer. Our team carefully coordinates arrivals to ensure that airport waiting time is minimized and generally does not exceed two hours.

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure a reservation. The deposit will be applied toward the total tour price.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the tour.
If the balance is not paid by the due date, the Provider reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
Payments may be made by credit card or other agreed payment methods. A credit card processing fee may apply.
PASSPORTS AND VISAS
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they possess valid travel documents.
Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of travel.
Travel requirements listed apply to U.S. citizens only. Non-U.S. citizens must verify entry requirements with the appropriate consulate.
HEALTH DISCLOSURE
Any physical, medical, or psychological condition that may require special assistance must be disclosed at the time of booking.
JoinMyTravelparty welcomes travelers with special needs but cannot guarantee the ability to accommodate all medical conditions.
GROUP HARMONY POLICY
To maintain a positive group environment, JoinMyTravelparty reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the group experience.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Dangerous or disruptive behavior
• Intoxication or drug use
• Refusal to follow group rules or safety guidelines
Any costs associated with removal from the tour will be the responsibility of the participant.
Unused services are non-refundable.
TRAVELER RESPONSIBILITIES
Participants agree to:
• Arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before departure
• Follow local laws and safety guidelines
• Take responsibility for personal belongings and travel documents
• Maintain respectful behavior toward other group members
Each traveler is responsible for their personal safety during the trip.
ITINERARY CHANGES
The Provider reserves the right to modify or adjust the itinerary for any reason, including but not limited to: weather conditions, local events, transportation issues, or participant safety.
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to provide equivalent experiences in the event of changes, but cannot guarantee that all activities will be exactly as described in the program.
Participants acknowledge that travel is an adventure, and flexibility is part of the experience.
LIABILITY WAIVER
By participating in this tour, the traveler agrees that JoinMyTravelparty LLC and its representatives are not liable for:
• Personal injury, illness, or accidents
• Loss or damage of personal belongings
• Delays, cancellations, or other travel disruptions
Travelers are responsible for their own safety, belongings, and compliance with local laws.
This waiver does not exclude liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct by the Provider.
ROOMMATE POLICY
If participants book double occupancy, they agree to share a room with an assigned roommate.
Participants may request a single room for an additional fee.
In the event that the assigned roommate cancels or is incompatible, the Provider will attempt to reassign a roommate. If this is not possible, a single supplement may apply.
Snoring, sleep schedules, and other personal habits cannot guarantee compatibility, so travelers are encouraged to choose single rooms if they prefer privacy.
FORCE MAJEURE
The Provider shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.
This includes but is not limited to:
• Natural disasters
• Weather conditions
• Government actions or restrictions
• Strikes
• Transportation delays
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Other unforeseen events (force majeure)
In such cases, the Provider will make reasonable efforts to adjust the itinerary but cannot guarantee compensation for additional expenses incurred by the traveler.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Insurance may help cover unexpected situations including:
• Flight cancellations
• Trip interruptions
• Medical emergencies
CANCELLATION POLICY
More than 60 days before the trip – 100% refund (excluding deposit)
30 days before the trip – 50% refund or 100% travel credit
15 days before the trip – 50% refund or full travel credit if a replacement traveler is found
Less than 15 days before the trip – No refund unless the participant finds a replacement traveler
The deposit is non-refundable.
EMERGENCY SITUATIONS
In the event of a serious emergency affecting the Organizer (such as illness, family emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the tour.
In such cases, the full tour cost will be refunded, but the Organizer is not responsible for additional costs such as airline tickets.
MEDIA CONSENT
Participants may be photographed or recorded during the trip.
These materials may be used for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes.
